
Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Sol Avenue. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Refunds
For hygiene reasons, refunds are only available on faulty or incorrect items. All approved exchanges are processed for the same style in a different size, or store credit if the size is unavailable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item:
- is faulty or unsafe,
- is significantly different from its description, or
- arrives incorrectly (wrong size, colour, or style).
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@solavenue.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, but we do allow size exchanges if:
- the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition,
- hygiene stickers and tags are intact, and
- your request is lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service.
If Your Size Is Unavailable
If the requested size is not available, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your returned item (excluding shipping). Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email hello@solavenue.com.au with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
- Once approved, return the item to us within 7 days.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship out your requested size (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Final Sale / Clearance Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund (unless faulty as per Australian Consumer Law).
