Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

Australia: 

Auspost Standard: 2-6 business days, flat rate of $11.00 AUD

Auspost Express: 1-3 business days, flat rate of $15.00 AUD

Orders over $250.00 AUD will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

New Zealand: 

Auspost Standard: 4-8 business days, flat rate of $22.00 NZD

Auspost Express: 2-5 business days, flat rate of $45.00 NZD

All applicable New Zealand taxes are calculated at checkout. Additional import duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

International:

At this stage, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand. With your support, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future to reach our international customers — stay tuned!

Order Processing

We are just as excited about your order as you are and are dedicated to getting it to you as soon as possible! We process all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as holiday seasons, public holidays, or sale events. During these times processing may take 2–4 business days before your order is handed over to our courier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and collected by our courier, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe.
